Gemstone Necklace leather sterling clasp

Sterling Silver Gemstone Necklace. Leather straps with gemstone dangle charms in front and small pearls. The “ stones” appear to be manmade. Or they are highly polished and are fooling me. Could be plastic, glass or combo of real and fake. The lobster clasp is marked 925. Oxidized sterling silver. It is a beauty, that I do know! 17 inch with 2” extender.
