This bracelet has 21 8mm beads. Seven are the focal stone, six are lava beads that you can use to diffuse essentials oils in, and eight are a simple black acrylic bead. Please use only a drop of oils on each lava bead as the oils can actually break down the stretch of the cording if it ends up too saturated, causing your bracelet to lose the ability to stretch, and possibly compromising the strength of the stretch cord in the process.
