Gemmy Animated Snow Miser Snowman Hip Swinger Holds Snowflakes DAMAGED. This snowman is a little dirty. Also, it no longer plays music or sings. It does swing its hips but it appears that the arms have been detached from the inside. I was unable to clip them back on but someone handy could probably fix this. This comes from a smoke free home.
