Gathered koi skirt made from quilting cotton

Quilting cotton skirt made from vintage fabric purchased on Etsy. (Fabric not commercially available anymore as far as I know.) It was inspired by a koi pond we used to visit a lot when my son was young. It’s on the short side—16.5” waist to hem. waist 15” flat. I was about a size 8 when I made it.
