Gorgeous classy garnet red sleeveless dress. it has a rushed waistline (measures 13.5 inches wide laying flat), is 5 feet long with a 28.5 inch slit that opens on right side of dress at the knees, is 17 inches wide at the bust line (measurements taken while lying flat), a neck tie that measures 4 feet 8 inches in length, and neck line that hooks in the back that measures six inches wide. (measurements taken with dress lying flat). There's an open v from where the back of the neck closures (hooks) close the dress that runs to mid back. This dress would be an excellent formal or semi formal dress for Christmas and/or office parties, night on the town, etc. It's well made of the highest quality fabrics with all embellishments being hand sewn.
