This is a used item in excellent condition. No obvious flaws other than slight pilling. elizabethann383 @taxti sorry for the delay! I've added pics with those measurements. the PTP is just over 15" and the length from the neckline (the bottom of the turtleneck part)is 32". let me know if you have any other questions!
