Vivoactive 4s is a great watch for multiple sports. You can customize a lot in the free Garmin app. I used it mainly for hiking ("walk" mode gets GPS started), treadmill runs and skiing. can be connected all day via Bluetooth if you want for notifications. The 4s is the slightly smaller watch face. Comes with screen protectors, a charger and a charging port plug to prevent dirt from getting in.

@ashweky it really depends on how you use it. I didn't have Bluetooth connected except for data transfer. I would use it often for longer hikes (GPS). With my use, it would be 3-4 days.
