@mheldreth08 The actual watch/monitor piece is 43mm. The band is ~9.5 in on my measurement laid flat, and ~8.5in closed on the largest loop. Per the website it looks like the band fits wrists sizes 127-204mm. However, you can also buy other wrist straps from garmin or third party sellers and easily change them out.
