Yes, you can change the band on a Garmin Venu 3 watch. The Venu 3 is compatible with standard quick-release bands, and the steps for changing the band are:
Slide the quick-release pin on the spring bar to remove the band.
Insert one side of the spring bar for the new band into the watch.
Slide the quick-release pin, and align the spring bar with the opposite side of the watch.
Repeat the steps to change the other band.
