@outdoorsybarbie hi! It’s comes with the watch and the charger as shown in the photos.
I uploaded a video for you to view any scratches. They are only noticeable in very specific light, so I did my best to highlight them with the lighting I had. These minor scratches are only visible on the top and a few on the right of the watch. They are not noticeable by further than 12 inches from the watch.
