Very Nice Garfield and Marks Black Skirt. Skirt measures approximately 21 3/4" in length from the top of the waist. Waist is approximately 14" lying flat. Material is a very nice ribbed triacetate and polyester and has a silky type liner. There are no snags or flaws that I can see, and the zipper works fine.
