Garage band "Always Sexy" dark charcoal colored waste fitting sits at hip length. Works great over leggings for those who like a bit ov rear coverage. Adorable ruffle type trim on front, and sleeves, button up top. I bought this top without trying it on, it is too tight for me in the bust area as I am a D cup. The top does have some stretch to it so it would fit bust cup up to a C. I love this top wish it fit me! 97% cotton 3% spandex for slight stretch machine wash cold lay flat to dry.
