GapKids ruffle sleeve top

Ruffles cap sleeve, pleated front metallic polka dots, aqua/kinda ocean green..lol so bad at colors. It's a really pretty color very spring or Easter feel to it.(color I mean) some wear but no damage , and still such a cute top. She jus too tall to wear it. Cute with jeans or skirts. I showed pic above of what looks like small pin sized holes but it's threading of tag placement Inside. Size xs4-5.
