kcoker3335 What are the measurements for the bust, and upper arms? Does it run true to size?

rachiepas @kcoker3335 not sure how to measure correctly but across where the chest would be is about 19" and didn't get a chance to figure out the arm. It does run pretty true to size I think so. I am between a med/lrg depending but this is too snug on me. I can put it on but moving around isn't comfortable when I wear it. There's no stretch but it is a heave duty coat and being in Hawaii it just isn't practical but it looked too cute to pass up

rachiepas @starsbluesky the "belt" is more of a tie around type, and it has been worn a few times but not much as its so hot in Hawaii.
