Gap kids Frilly going out skirt

Super cute black frilly going out skirt, it has an adjustable waist and if you feel like going crazy you can even use it as a strapless top. its a kids XL but im an adult small and it fits me nicely. really nice quality and a great piece to have in your wardrobe would look great with a crop top or tight tshirt.
