This is a new with a piece of a tag dress from Gap. It’s a size 8 and it’s cotton and Lycra- so it stretches. V front V back with zipper. Sleeveless and has a wrap type bodice. No back split. No pockets. Measurements flat: Chest: 17.5” Waist: 14.5 Hips: 20” Bottom: 22” Length from top of shoulder: 38”
