rubingogan Chest and length measurements please?

litmank1 @rubingogan from underarm to underarm across the back it is 20 inches. From underarm to bottom of skirt it's 34 inches. As you can see it ties together in the front so hard to measure chest there and the tie might make it slightly shorter than the measurement
