Gap black and white polka dot dress

Absolutely beautiful and timeless polka dot dress from Gap. Cant tell if its black and white or a really dark navy blue and white. either way its gorgeous. Ties in the back to synch in waist. Really good material and super flowy. Never used! Size small. I'm 5 foot and it comes up mid shin on me.
