From shoulder down measures 25 inches Under arm to under arm measures 21 inches From under arm down to wrist measures 18 inches . Care tag and material have been cut off as gap usually advises to do that as you can see by the picture of the little scissors where they want you to cut the tag off. I would say this is a mix of cotton polyester and should be washed in cold water, gentle cycle, low drying .
