Literally that is what these are the Mom Jean. 31 Tall. Gently used. Just not my jam anymore and taking up space. The inseam is 34’ and they have zero stretch. But they are on the loose side for Gap so if you are a 31 but on heavy days you are a 32 these are ok for you. They are a true high waste, fyi.
