Gap Stripped White and Blue Skirt Elastic Waistband

This is a Gap skirt in size xsmall. It is in good used condition. While checking for flaws I did not find any holes, stains or loose stitching. Waist Band a little loose. But overall in good condition. Please refer to the pictures
