Gap Smocked Maxi Dress

Smocked maxi dress by Gap. Size is a petite medium. Because of the smocking, this dress is flexible and can accommodate a lot of sizes and shapes. The chest laying flat measures 15", but it stretches to about 25". Total length is 40". The shoulder straps are ties so you can adjust and customize the length and fit there too.
