I’m 5’3 weighing at 130, would these fit? Or too loose?

That’s tough. I was about the same weight and height when I wore these, but I’ve always been thicker around the hips. (Squats are my fav 😏) My waist was measuring 29 inches and my hips 40. Hope this helps!!
