I know that Gap and BR are the same company but I also know that their sizes differ some. How does the Gap 8 compare to the BR 10?

I won't be home to measure until later tonight, but I do believe the sizing is very similar because my aunt had both in her wardrobe at the same time. Meaning she was the same size when she wore the Gap size 8 and the BR size 10!
