Gap Navy and white striped Aline dress 8

This dress is perfect for any season. Where it now with sandals or sneakers, or in the fall with boots and a cardigan/jacket. It has cap sleeves and a bit of stretch. It is very flattering. I had one and bought this one as a back up and never took the tags off.
