Gap Floral Ruffle Peplum Tank Top

Sweet little tank top with pink, orange, green and yellow floral pattern. The background color has me baffled. It seems both navy and black. I’m leaning towards black because it seemed a very close match to another black item I held up to it. Little gathers at the neck and ruffled hem. Longer length that looks good with leggings. A little bit of fading. Smoke free/pet free. I’m happy to help with questions!
