Gap Floral Dress

Like new condition. Navy blue with cute floral print. The dress has a somewhat sheer overlay and a navy slip underneath. Ribbon tie at waist. Elegant pleats on the front and back of dress, but not all the way around. Fitted at the waist, A line. Very flattering and forgiving fit. Hits just below the knee. Light and flowy for summer but can be worn all year round with a sweater or jacket.
