Gap Blue Embroidery Flutter Sleeve Ruffle Scallop Edge Blouse Top Sz Medium. This gorgeous, dainty, and feminine blouse features blue floral embroidery, scalloped edges, ruffle detail across the top, and eyelet detail within the embroidery. This is literally the perfect summer blouse. It’s so beautiful that it’s hard to describe! (It’s perfect on too :) There is one microscopic light green mark underneath one of the embroideries as shown in photos. Also, there is a yellow spot on the back of the fabric. Barely noticeable, but price has still been adjusted due to flaws. (All flaws are listed in the photos) The eyelet holes are open with no lining. I never wore a tank underneath, because the embroidery hides the holes, but I just wanted to note this. Measurements are 20” pit-to-pit, and 24” in length. Comes from a smoke-free, doggo loving home :)
