Cuffed at hem. Slight stretch in fabric. Made of 98% cotton 2% spandex. Machine washable. New with tags.

woof16 @reallylovespink Hello. The waist measurement is approximately 35". They also stretch a bit as well. Hop0e this helps.

reallylovespink @woof16 Hello again, thank you but it's really not helpful because a size 10 would have a waist measurement between 30 and 31 inches. A 35 inch waist would equal a size 16. if you could lay these jeans flat and just measure straight across from one side to the other, of the waist, that would be super helpful. thank you!

woof16 @reallylovespink The front of the jeans (side to side) is 17.5". Multiplied x 2 is 35". Maybe it's the fit boyfriend fit that makes the waist larger - not sure but I'm measuring them correctly. So sorry they will not work for you. Thanks for reaching out for clarification!
