Bag Features: 100% Cotton the Tulle Fabric is Polyester Several strips of Tulle around the bottom half Black bow Embroidered Letter Typography (looks like stars see pic#11.) Pic's #7, 8, 9 and 10 lighted them, so you can see all the details. Black on black is hard to see. Pre-Owned – There is a hole near the tag, looks as if it was yanked off, not cut (see last pic.)
