This rayon/silk velvet fabric is so luxurious! Mandarin collar. Velvet-covered buttons. Lined. Back is plain. Marked as size 18W, and shown here on a size 12 mannequin to give an idea of how it drapes. So soft, you won't want to take it off! Just dry cleaned.
