89% Polyester 11% Spandex. The pocket lining is 100% Polyester. It hap a zipper and a snap button. When I tried it on I found the material was not itchy. It felt comfortable roomy in the legs. My problem is my waist and I couldn’t get the button to close. Machine wash cold with like colors.
