Gabby Skye size small, black and cream flare, stretchy dress. Cute!

This is in great condition and is very cute. The material is a little stretchy and has a nice flared skirt. Black with cream colored accents. Sleeves are longer than a short sleeve, but shorter than a three quarter sleeve, about to elbow. Measurements: Waist: 12 1/2” across 25” around Length from neck to hem is 39”
