This is a NWT Gymboree outfit. It is the dress which is lined and black pants. It’s a size 18-24 month. Please see the pictures for the details on the bottom of the dress. And it has a little edge of tulle at the bottom. All adding to this super cute outfit. Fabric of the shell is 47% Recycled Wool, 35% Rayon and 18% Polyester. Lining is 100% polyester and the little pants are 100% polyester. Please also see the pictures for the approximate measurements. The zipper does work but because of the thickness, it is tight.
