HOW TO USE: STEP 1: Glide along upper and lower lash line for immediate definition. STEP 2: Go with a classic wing or get graphic and expressive. STEP 3: This formula has 15 to 20 seconds of playtime to blend and smudge before it sets. HOW TO SHARPEN: STEP 1: Make sure you have a good quality make-up sharpener that fits the size of the eyeliner pencil. STEP 2: Insert the pencil into the sharpener and gently twist it. Be careful not to twist too forcefully or sharpen too much at once, as this can lead to breakage.
