GUESS scalloped black, flapper-style dress

Beautiful black scalloped dress with gold fringe at the end of every scallop. Only worn a few times. It’ll really make you stand out in a crowd. Size small but fits me (4-6) snuggly. Perfect for a night out. Mini skirt length. Only reason I’m selling is because I don’t have anywhere to wear it anymore.
