Stretchy bondage like material. I would recommend spanx underneath to suck in and smooth things out. Small cap sleeve. V plunge neck line. Very Classy black dress. I am 5’4 and this dress falls at about my knee. Worn twice - funeral and cocktail dress. Don’t think hand washing is necessary, pretty sure I’ve washed in garment bag on delicate cycle and lay flat to dry.
