This is a lovely dress designed by Guess of Los Angeles & is a fall/winter weight. It is difficult to photograph, but is blue and black. The blue sleeveless bodice has a scoop neckline. A black faux belt appears at the dropped waist followed by a vertically striped skirt of blue and black. This fit & flair dress is designed to be put on and off over the head. Measurements: Pit to Pit 15.5"; Waist 14.5"; Length 34.5. Very stretchy! NWOT
