GUESS Los Angeles black taffeta dress with gold foil lines. It has a really comfortable halter neckline with a mesh V in the front and back. There are also mesh cutout on the sides. There are a couple of pulls in the fabric on the front which can be seen in the photos but are hardly noticeable when worn.
