@sminero oh absolutely! I know exactly what u mean... Euro sizes r a bit confusing🙃 The waist is appx. 15.5" laying flat and hips appx. 18.5" also laying flat... one thing to keep in mind that this is a wrap skirt and can be adjusted much easier either way (as there's a button on the inside that can be moved/extended) hope this helps 💕
