GUC striped hi-lo skirt 💥 DESCRIPTION FOR SIZING

Very gently used hi-lo skirt very soft and flowy material, I believe it's a Juniors large but will fit about a size 4-6 in Women's. I wear an 8/9 and this is too small for me.
