GUC Skirt: Tiered-Look, Southwest Painted-Look Pattern, Elastic Waist

Good used condition with minor overall signs of wear. No stains, holes, or other defects. Susan Rene (Scottsdale) skirt, size Small. There's a Susan Rene who's an artisan out of Phoenix; I suspect that this is hers, both due to the southwest feel to the pattern as well as similarity to other pieces of hers. And of course, the Scottsdale call-out. No fabric tag. This is very soft, super comfortable fabric which almost feels like pajamas! Some sort of polyester knit, I suspect. Maxi skirt. Pull-on with elastic waistband. Cream color with pale terra cotta splashed-paint pattern. Tiered-look horizontal/slightly diagonal little ruffle. Small inverted V cutout at bottom left. Note the closeups of this fabric. There's an overall mild sort of pilling look to the fabric. It seems too uniform to be due to wear, like it has to be engineered this way, but I wouldn't swear to that. Therefore, I'm classifying this as "good" rather than "excellent" condition. Approximate measurements: 10.75" across waist, not stretched out at all and the waistband is very stretchy. 37" length from back center.
