Seraphine is a brand made popular in the UK by Late Middleton and her sister Pippa (seen in photos above). I love this versatile piece for business casual. The only defect is light staining on armpits as shown and needing to be steamed! Sizing wise I would say fits a US size 10-12 or less for oversized look. Smoke free pet free home.
