GUC Lilly Pulitzer Eliot Shift in White with gold trim. Dress has been won and hand wash however there is some slight discoloration of the beads around the trim. Not terribly noticeable but wanted to call it out. Only flaw of dress and priced accordingly. SIG is also written on tag since it was a sample.
