GRINCH CHRISTMAS SWEATSHIRT SIZE 11-13 Unisex. I believe this maybe a Junior size, check measurements at the bottom of this description. Sure it is unisex. It does have a couple of little flashing lights inserted although they no longer are working. I think there are only two that I could find. I would remove them as when working they do not turn off, just keep flashing. I know this as my son has one like it and he removed the lights. Approx. measurements are: shoulder to shoulder 21" chest underarm to underarm across front is 20" all around would be about 40" center back to hem 24"
