GRACEFUL 1960's BLACK STRAW PILLBOX HAT + BLACK/WHITE FEATHERS, BOW & HALF VEIL

This is such an elegant black straw pillbox hat! The hat is made of one piece created into a round shape.There ids a black grosgrain bow at the back, plus an array of beautiful black and white feathers attached at the back and projecting towards the front. A half veil completes this beautiful look. There is an elastic band attached to the inside of the hat to keep it in place.
