GORKY GONZALEZ MEXICAN MAJOLICA PLATE

A fabulous Mexican Majolica pottery plate from the renowned artist Gorky Gonzalez (1939-2017). It features a fish motif which is a common element in Mexican folk art. It measures 9" in diameter and a height of 1" with the ability to be hung on the wall with the holes found on the backside. Gorky is Internationally recognized and was an award winning artist dedicated to rescuing the traditional Majolica pottery of Guanajuanto Mexico.
