GORGEOUS bright and colorful handmade 70s dress

I'm really sad to let this go but I don't think I'll be this size again. Absolutely gorgeous colors! Velvet/velvet like. Tag says Cobbs Corner. I don't know the size, but I'm guessing 10. It looks like someone brought in the bust a little but you can take that stitching out. The spot at the bottom of the zipper could use a few stitches, but it's probably unnoticeable without it. Bust: 19 inches pit to pit. Waist: 15 inches across laying flat. Length: 36.5 inches from top to bottom. I'm 5'4 and it hits just above my knee.
