martiavila @monkeyface32 awwww. She sounds like she was quite talented and quite a character! I just lost my mom about four years ago also. She was 99 1/2. I was her full-time caregiver for 11 years. I miss her terribly every single day. So I know how you feel. 😞

monkeyface32 So was I.. She got breast cancer ... The chemo turned the cancer into another type leukemia.. She ended her own life When she thought I was sleeping :( It was horrifying .. Sorry It brings back a lot ...

Because I am a Health Coach and I am also the diet and nutrition Director for a doctor in Mexico that helps cancer patients. I specialize in working with cancer patients. I use food as medicine. I’ve been doing this for close to 40 years. With very very good success.

martiavila @monkeyface32 thank you. I feel honored that I was able to take care of her… Just like she took care of me her entire life. Moms are really special and terrific. And the cool thing is that they are with you for the rest of your life. My mom sends little reminders every chance she gets. She used to tug my toes when I was lying in bed all the time. So these days, every once in a while, I’m awakened by someone, tugging on my toes, and of course no one is there. How about you?

monkeyface32 I know my mom came to me after she passed in my sleep , I kept yelling she shot herself out loud .. And then I heard her scream my name loud then it faded away.. like she was being led away :(

monkeyface32 I had gone through a lot .. My daughter My best friend .. Met this man I did not like !!!! gave her an overdose.. I never thought she would do drugs .. He let her die, And never called for help till the next day .. I will never get over it She was so beautiful inside and out in 2002. Seems like yesterday .. She was only 26 yrs old

We get together like it was the 60's or 70's all over again and sing the songs My daughter and i used to sing together , Wild world etc She loved cat stevens lol

martiavila @monkeyface32 I am so sorry to have made you drum up all those bad memories. That was never my intention. I wish you luck with this bad storm coming up. I’m sure you will do fine. As for the coat and the price, I need the money because I am trying to starting a new business. I really, really don’t even want to sell my beautiful coat. I just love it so much and it has kept me so warm and I have had so many compliments.
