I bought this skirt for a charity event and then got COVID! A very special occasion skirt, absolutely beautiful and is sure to be a show stopper. Side zip and great pockets! Elastic waist in back so will fit a large medium, or a large (10, 12, 14). I hesitated on this because I love to look at it, it is really that amazing. 28” long.
